Everyone was friendly. I scheduled an appointment for 1 PM and was told it would take about 1.5 hrs so I waited, however it took over 2 hrs for an oil change. It made it hard for me to get back to work for a meeting.

Made an appt so I would quickly get in and out, for an oil change only. It took 3 hours. Noone communicated with me. Noone told me it would take awhile. Nothing. After sitting there for over two hours, I had to ask what the problem was and was told 10min later they had just taken my car back. I will NEVER use this dealership again.

Verrry good; you guys fixed my AC when my local mechanic said it could not be repaired . Kirsten took verrryy god care of me and very attentive to my needs, as were they all. Long haired blond lady very good as well
